What is Organizer?
Organizer is a productivity app that turns a browser tab into a workspace. It holds a kanban task board, a month calendar, sticky notes, quick links, a hub for documents and files, and an AI assistant that answers questions using your own content. It runs as a Chrome extension that replaces your new tab, and as a web app at organizer.devadvent.com.
Is Organizer free?
Yes. The free plan covers unlimited tasks, sticky notes, up to 20 quick links, 50 MB of document and file storage, recurring tasks, reminders, the focus timer, the day planner, the calendar view and sync across your devices. Premium unlocks calendar sync, integrations, multiple boards, AI answers and 2 GB of storage.
How much does Organizer Premium cost?
Premium is $4.29 per month with a 3-day free trial, or $39.99 per year as a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. In India the yearly plan is also available for ₹1,999 through Razorpay. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Do I need an account to use Organizer?
No. You can use Organizer entirely on your own device without signing in. Signing in with Google or GitHub turns on sync, so your tasks, notes, links and documents follow you between browsers and devices.
Does Organizer sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Premium includes two-way Google Calendar sync: calendar events appear alongside your tasks, and tasks you schedule can be written back to your calendar. Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars are supported the same way.
Can I import tasks from another app?
Yes. Organizer imports from Google Tasks and Todoist, and syncs two ways with a Notion database. Each imported task keeps a record of where it came from, so you can filter by source.
What can the AI assistant do?
Ask AI answers questions using the things you already store in Organizer: your tasks, hub documents, uploaded files, quick links and connected Notion pages. Answers cite the items they came from, so you can open the source. It does not answer from the open web.
Which browsers does Organizer work in?
The extension is published for Chrome and works in Chromium browsers such as Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera. The web app runs in any modern browser, including Safari and Firefox, on desktop and mobile.
Is Organizer private?
Your content is yours. Organizer does not sell or rent personal data and shows no ads. Web search queries and recently visited sites never leave your browser. Uploaded files sit in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed links. A shared link is viewable by anyone holding it until you revoke it.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel the monthly plan anytime from Settings then Premium in the app, from the billing portal, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals and access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. The yearly plan is a one-time payment that never renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Payments are covered by a 7-day money-back window on your most recent charge. Email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method through whichever provider processed it.
Who makes Organizer?
Organizer is built and run by Akhilesh Thakre, an independent developer. Support and billing questions go to [email protected].
Does Organizer work offline?
Yes for the things stored on your device. Tasks, notes and quick links are kept locally and stay usable without a connection. Sync, calendar refresh, AI answers and the hub need to be online, and local changes are pushed when you reconnect.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Premium exports your tasks as CSV, hub documents download as Markdown, HTML or PDF, and uploaded files download in their original format. You can also email [email protected] to have your account and server-side data deleted.
