Fast, and out of the way
A new tab page has to open instantly or it becomes friction. Organizer keeps your data on the device and renders from local storage first, so the tab is usable immediately and sync happens behind it. Light and dark themes follow your system, there are thirteen accent colours plus a custom picker on Premium, and a blur mode hides task content when you are sharing your screen.
Keyboard first, if you want
Cmd or Ctrl plus K opens a command palette that jumps to any board, task, document, link or note, or runs an action like planning your day or starting a focus timer. Quick add takes a task in one line. Most of the app is reachable without touching the mouse.
More than the extension
The extension adds things a website cannot: reminders before a task is due, a badge on the toolbar icon counting what is due today, a popup that turns the page you are on into a task, and a right-click option to send any selection to a board. The same account also opens as a web app in any browser, including Safari, Firefox and phones, and both stay in sync.
Kanban board
A kanban board that opens with every new tab: drag between columns, custom columns, priorities, due dates, recurring tasks and an archive. Free to start.
Document editor
Write docs in a rich editor or in Markdown, with tables, checklists and code blocks. Export to Markdown, HTML or PDF, and share by link with a password.
