Notion two-way sync
Notion is where a lot of teams keep the plan. It is less good as the place you check twenty times a day, because opening it is a decision. Organizer syncs your Notion tasks onto a board that is already in front of you, and writes your progress back so Notion stays the record.
Your Notion database, on your board
Connect a Notion database and its tasks appear as cards on your Organizer board, merged with everything else you are tracking. Each one keeps a record that it came from Notion, so you can filter your board by source and see only that work when you want to.
The sync runs both ways. Marking a task done in Organizer writes the status back to Notion, so the person who lives in Notion sees your progress without you having to update two places. Because the dates belong to Notion, tasks that came from it are excluded from Organizer's snooze and sweep actions: moving a date is a decision that should happen where the source of truth is.
Ask AI across your Notion pages
Beyond tasks, Organizer can index your Notion pages so Ask AI can answer from them. Ask what was decided about a launch date or where a process is documented, and the answer cites the page it came from with a link that deep-links straight into Notion. Your Notion pages sit alongside your tasks, hub documents, uploaded files and quick links as sources the assistant can draw on.
Recently opened Notion pages also show up in the command palette on Cmd or Ctrl plus K, so jumping to one is a couple of keystrokes.
How to connect it
- Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Notion.
- Authorise Organizer and pick which pages and databases it can see. Notion's own permission screen controls this, not us.
- Choose the database that holds your tasks.
- Tasks appear on your board within the next sync, and page indexing starts in the background.
Scope and limits
- The Notion integration is a Premium feature.
- Organizer only sees the pages and databases you grant in Notion's permission screen, and you can revoke access from Notion at any time.
- Page indexing is capped, so very large workspaces are crawled up to a limit rather than in full.
- Disconnecting stops the sync and leaves the tasks already on your board in place.

GitHub issues
Organizer captures GitHub pull requests, issues and mentions as tasks automatically, so a review request lands on your board instead of in a notification pile.
Google Calendar sync
See calendar events and dated tasks in one month grid, and sync tasks back to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. Connected with OAuth, disconnect anytime.
