Google Calendar sync, both directions
A to-do list that ignores your calendar will always overcommit you: the list says you have eight things to do and the calendar says you have six hours of meetings. Organizer puts both in one month grid so the plan you make is a plan that fits.
One month grid, both kinds of commitment
The calendar view shows dated tasks from every board next to your synced events. A day that looks empty on your task list but is full of meetings looks full here, which is the point. Click any day to see what is on it.
Two-way sync
Events into Organizer
Your Google Calendar events appear alongside tasks, so you plan against your real availability instead of a blank week.
Tasks into your calendar
Tasks you schedule can be written back to a calendar of your choice, so the time you set aside is visible to anyone who checks your availability.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook
The same two-way sync works for Microsoft accounts, so a work Outlook calendar and a personal Google calendar can both feed the same view.
Connected with OAuth
You authorise through Google or Microsoft directly. Organizer never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
What it does not do
Calendar sync is a Premium feature. On the free plan you still get the month calendar view of your own dated tasks, just without events flowing in or tasks flowing out. Organizer reads and writes the calendar data the sync you turn on needs, and nothing else.
Planning on top of it
The day planner uses the same picture: carry over what slipped, pick up to three things that matter today, and see them against the meetings already on the day. Recurring tasks, reminders before something is due and a toolbar badge counting what is due today all run off the same dates.
Kanban board
A kanban board that opens with every new tab: drag between columns, custom columns, priorities, due dates, recurring tasks and an archive. Free to start.
Notion integration
Sync a Notion database two ways with your Organizer board, and let Ask AI answer from your Notion pages with citations that deep-link back to the page.
GitHub issues
Organizer captures GitHub pull requests, issues and mentions as tasks automatically, so a review request lands on your board instead of in a notification pile.
