Organizer integrations
Organizer is where your work comes together, which only helps if the tools you already use can feed it. Every integration below is optional, uses your own authorisation, can be disconnected at any time, and only reads the data the sync needs.
Calendars
Google Calendar (Premium)
Two-way sync. Your events appear in the Organizer calendar next to dated tasks, and scheduled tasks can be written back to a calendar of your choice. Connected with OAuth, so Organizer never sees your Google password.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook (Premium)
The same two-way sync for Microsoft accounts, so work calendars in Outlook show up beside everything else you are planning.
Task sources
Google Tasks (Premium)
Import your Google Tasks lists onto your board. Completion state maps across, and each imported item remembers where it came from.
Todoist (Premium)
Bring Todoist tasks into Organizer with an API token. The token is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
Notion (Premium)
Two-way sync with a Notion database: Notion tasks land on your board and marking one done writes the status back to Notion. Notion pages can also be indexed so Ask AI can answer from them, with citations that deep-link to the page.
GitHub (Premium)
Auto-capture turns pull requests, issues and mentions into tasks as they happen, so a review request becomes something on your board instead of one more notification.
Capture and automation
Email to task
Send or forward mail to your Organizer capture address and it becomes a task, with attachments imported into your hub. Premium gives you a personalised address you claim once and keep permanently, even if you rotate your token.
Capture API
A capture token lets any script, shortcut or automation create tasks by posting to the capture endpoint. Useful for CLI wrappers, cron jobs and mobile shortcuts.
Chrome extension
Save the current page as a task from the popup, or right-click a selection and send it to a board. The extension also replaces your new tab and badges the toolbar icon with what is due today.
Getting your data out
- Tasks export as CSV on Premium.
- Hub documents download as Markdown, HTML or PDF.
- Uploaded files download in their original format.
- Share links let anyone read a document, file or folder without an Organizer account.
- Emailing [email protected] gets your account and its server-side data deleted.
Sign-in providers
Sign in with Google or with GitHub. Signing in is what turns on cross-device sync; Organizer works without an account if you would rather keep everything on one device.
Integration guides
Google Calendar sync
See calendar events and dated tasks in one month grid, and sync tasks back to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. Connected with OAuth, disconnect anytime.
Notion integration
Sync a Notion database two ways with your Organizer board, and let Ask AI answer from your Notion pages with citations that deep-link back to the page.
GitHub issues
Organizer captures GitHub pull requests, issues and mentions as tasks automatically, so a review request lands on your board instead of in a notification pile.
